Once you have opened a ticket, you can see an inbox of your requests with the ticket number, activity, and status. You can also edit and add to a request from this screen by click into the ticket.
When clicking into the ticket, it will open a screen similar to the screenshot below. It displays the text that was inputted, including responses from ProBit Support.
If you click on Ticket Details, you can see more information on the ticket.
There is also a field to add more information or reply to ProBit Support. When clicking on the field to add information, you can also attach any relevant files for the ticket. Likewise, if the issue has been solved, you can also mark the issue as solved.
Once the additional comments have been submitted, you will see the new comments added to the ticket.
