Effective Friday, December 14, 2018, at 06:00 UTC (Friday, December 14, 2018, at 15:00 KST) we will be changing the allowed decimal place precision for orders in the BTC market at ProBit Exchange.
If the trading-pair in the BTC market is 999 satoshi or less (< 0.00000999 ₿), than the smallest price of it will be 0.01 satoshi.
This change will provide traders with a better trading experience.
The information below summarizes the effect of the precision change.
Old price precision
LYL/BTC 1.0 satoshi (0.00000001 ₿)
XPX/BTC 1.0 satoshi (0.00000001 ₿)
New price precision
LYL/BTC 0.01 satoshi (0.0000000001 ₿)
XPX/BTC 0.01 satoshi (0.0000000001 ₿)
For example, an LYL/BTC order could only be placed for 0.00000123 under the old precision. Under the new precision, orders for LYL/BTC can be placed for 0.0000012345.
All operations of other trading pairs will remain unaffected from this change. Please open a ticket for any questions or feedback. Your feedback is important to us.
