The following is our policy of wrong deposit.
A deposit of EOS, XRP, XLM, XMR, STEEM, NEM, BTO, ARDOR, NUVO with wrong Destination tag, Memo, Message:
If no one has Destination tag, Memo, message or etc: No charge. The process may take up to 5 office days.
If somebody has Destination tag, Memo, message or etc, and not cooperate giving back: It can not be done.
Missing and entered account details when depositing korean won
Please leave it to inquire 1:1 with the deposit evidence document.
If the received 'Recipient's Note' have not been issued to others: Free, it will take up to 14 business days to prevent voice phishing.
If the 'Recipient's Note' are issued to another person and the customer receiving the wrong deposit does not cooperate with the return, processing is not possible.
A deposit of an misled ERC-20 token(launched on ProBit):
=> No charge. The process is fully automatic.
A deposit of an misled ERC-20 token(not launched on ProBit):
=> May not be able to figure it out. Your request is processed once a mouth. The fee is 1,000,000 KRW worth coins in case it worked.
Other misled deposits:
=>May not be able to figure it out. Your request is processed once a month. The fee is 1,000,000 KRW worth coins.
Please notice: In some cases, due to blockchain characteristics, mis-deposit recovery is not possible.
Please understand that taking care of a wrong deposit is a big risk as it may occur security concerns and we have no choice but to charge fee. Make sure to check your address and token before you make a deposit to ProBit.
