The following is our policy regarding incorrectly placed deposits.
A deposit of EOS, XRP, XLM, XMR, STEEM, NEM, BTO, ARDOR, NUVO with the wrong Destination tag, Memo, Message:
If there is no Destination tag, Memo, message or etc: No charge. The process may take up to 5 office days.
If someone possesses a Destination tag, Memo, message or etc, and does not cooperate with returning it: It can not be done.
Missing account details when depositing Korean Won
Please leave it to inquire 1:1 with the deposit evidence document.
If the received 'Recipient's Note' has not been issued to others: Free, it will take up to 14 business days to prevent voice phishing.
If the 'Recipient's Note' is issued to another person and the customer receiving the wrong deposit does not cooperate with the return, processing is not possible.
A deposit of a misled ERC-20 token(launched on ProBit):
=> No charge, the process is automatic.
A deposit of a misled ERC-20 token(not launched on ProBit):
=> May not be able to figure it out. Your request is processed once a month. A fee of 1,000,000 KRW worth of coins will be charged if successful.
Other misled deposits:
=>May not be able to figure it out. Your request is processed once a month. A fee of 1,000,000 KRW worth of coins will be charged if successful
Please notice: In some cases, due to blockchain characteristics, incorrect deposit recovery is not possible.
Please understand that recovery of a wrong deposit is a big risk as there are security concerns and we have no choice but to charge a fee. Always confirm your address and token carefully before you make a deposit on ProBit Exchange.
