If you are unable to receive emails from ProBit, please check all spam inboxes. The emails may have been treated as junk mail by your email service provider. To avoid this from happening in the future, it is suggested to whitelist ProBit Global emails which use the “@probit.com” domain.
- Both SMS and Email verification codes usually take a few minutes to arrive, so please wait for them instead of asking for another one.
- If you are using set time instead of network time for your device, it may cause the message to be delayed or not received. You need to use the network time.
If you have considered all of the above notes and have whitelisted ProBit Global emails, and still cannot receive our emails, please try contacting your email service provider.
How to whitelist emails from ProBit Global:
Step 1: Log in your Gmail.
Step 2: Go to settings
Step 3: Go to "Filters and Blocked Addresses"
Step 4: Click "Create a new filter"
Step 5: Enter "@probit.com" in the "From" box and press "Create filter" with this search.
Step 6: Check the box "Never send it to spam" and then create the filter.
