If you are unable to receive emails from ProBit, check all spam inboxes. The emails may have been treated as junk mail by your email service provider. To avoid this from happening in the future, follow the steps below:
1. Gmail
Step 1: Log in your Gmail.
Step 2: Go to settings
Step 3: Go to "Filters and Blocked Addresses"
Step 4: Click "Create a new filter"
Step 5: Enter "@probit.com" in the "From" box and press "Create filter" with this search.
Step 6: Check the box "Never send it to spam" and then create the filter.
