If you have forgotten your password and have trouble logging in properly, please attach all the supporting documents below and contact us below.
Once all the supporting documents are confirmed, we will let you know how to reset your password by email.
* It may take about 7 days to process after receiving the documents.
* Documents to be submitted
1. Photo with a note on your ID card
Write the following on a note and attach it to your ID card.

2. Selfie with ID and attached note
Please send over a selfie while holding up your ID and the required note.
3. A screenshot taken from within the destination exchange or platform for the last transaction ID that was transferred to your ProBit wallet.
(ProBit wallet screenshots and blockchain explorer screens will not be accepted)
You will need to log in to the wallet that was used to withdraw from and provide a screenshot showing the relevant information.
