If you wish to update the phone number registered to your ProBit Global account, but no longer have access to the registered number due to losing/misplacing your phone or any other reason, please send an email to support@probit.com with the following details:

Required documents:
1. One clear, unedited photo showing a handwritten note including all the required information above and your ID card.
2. One clear, unedited photo showing all of the following information together:
• your face
• the handwritten note including all the required information above + "ProBit Global phone number update request" phrase written.
• your ID.
3. A full-page screenshot taken from within the exchange or platform that was used for one of your most recent transactions that was transferred to your ProBit Global wallet. Please make sure that the TXID/hash is visible.
ProBit wallet, blockchain explorer and email screenshots will not be accepted.

After all the information is received and confirmed, we will manually update your account with the new phone number.

please my own case is different as i have been using my phone number in making transactions but recently, i can no longer receive any SMS on it which i don't know the cause please help me out on this. my phone number is 09066081800, my email is okorodavid111@gmail.com, my name is Okoro David Chinatu and my request day is 4/11/2021
