How to Delete a Phone Number

1. Log in to your ProBit Global account and go to My Page. You will be able to see the phone number linked to your account.

2. On the left-hand pane, click on the “Security” tab, click the “Update” button next to Mobile number and choose ‘’Remove’’.

3. You will be prompted to verify 2FA, please follow the instructions.  

4. Your phone number has been successfully removed.

If for any reason you no longer have access to the registered phone number, please create a ticket for the ProBit Global Support Team through the Submit a request link with the following details:

Required information:

• Name
• ProBit Global registered email address
• Phone number
• The last amount that was transferred to your ProBit Global wallet
• The last transaction ID that was transferred to your ProBit Global wallet

Required documents:

1. A clear, unedited photo of your ID card/passport, together with a handwritten note with your ProBit Global email address, the current date, and "ProBit Global delete my phone number" phrase written.

2. A selfie taken while holding up your ID / passport together with a handwritten note with your ProBit Global email address, the current date, and "ProBit Global delete my phone number" phrase written.

3. A full-page screenshot taken from within the exchange or platform that was used for one of your most recent transactions that was sent to your ProBit Global wallet. Please make sure that the TXID/hash is visible.

Note: As per official policy, we cannot accept ProBit Global, blockchain explorer or email screenshots. You will need to log in to the platform that was used to withdraw from and provide a screenshot showing the transaction details, which will verify you as the legitimate transaction owner.

After all the information is received and confirmed, we will manually remove your account’s phone number.

Please note, that after receiving and confirming the documents, it may take up to 7 days to process your request.
